Sabrina Dittus
Sabrina Dittus (Dr. phil.) works as facilitator, filmmaker, curator, lecturer and author. Her work focuses on new forms, practices and theories of being-in-common, collective processes, gender & queer theories and intersectionality, and commons and commoning
She was co-founder and managing director of the film and TV production company Rotlintfilm (Frankfurt & Berlin) and then freelanced under the label Pepperlint Film.Text | Kritik.
From 2017-2020 she held a visiting professorship in Gender, Queer and Postcolonial Studies in the Cultural Journalism Master’s programme at the University of the Arts (Berlin).
In 2021/22 she worked as a resident artist in Strasburg (Um.), Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, as part of TRAFO – Models of Culture in Transition (Kulturstiftung des Bundes).
From 2021-2023 she has co-curated the event series and digital publication “gemeine stadt: berlin gemeinsam gestalten” on behalf of the Berlin State Centre for Political Education, among others.
She also trained as a facilitator at artop – Institute at Humboldt University Berlin.
